Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or subscribing to WireMaster ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on file. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law or any third-party rights. Crews and content you create are your responsibility.

4. NEC content and calculators

Calculators and references are provided as a productivity aid. They are not a substitute for a licensed electrician's professional judgment, the National Electrical Code, or applicable local codes. You are solely responsible for the safety and code-compliance of any installation.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
