1. What we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, optional phone.
  • Jobsite content: crews, assignments, voice recordings, transcripts, photos you upload.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only subscription status and customer/subscription IDs, never card numbers.
  • Technical data: standard logs and authentication tokens to operate the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, deliver crew/jobsite features you request, process subscriptions, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We use sub-processors strictly to operate the Service: Supabase (hosting, database, authentication, storage), Stripe (payments), and AI providers used for voice transcription and extraction. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time; backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) you may have additional rights.

6. Security

Data is protected with row-level security in the database, encrypted in transit, and access-scoped per crew. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to us promptly.
